His experience in the Telecom BPO domain includes, Business Acquisition, Client Management, Business Turnaround, Team Building and Profit Centre Management. In his last assignment, Nital was instrumental in ‘Turning Around’ the business of Skypak in Gujarat which resulted in the State becoming the highest Profit earner, in value terms, for the company.
